Why Only Referrals

After ten years in the real estate business, I have learned that relationships built on trust are fundamental to happy homeownership. That trust must be mutual.

Real estate is complex, and my job is to unravel the complexity so you can make the best decision. For me to do my job, you have to trust me.

Whether you are on your first, second or fifth home, you probably aren’t buying your last. When you work with a Realtor, you literally trust that person with your livelihood. Your home is where you raise your family, spend your free time, and invest your income.

Are you going to trust all that with some smiling face you find on a flier?

You shouldn’t, and I don’t want you to. I don’t advertise. Simple as that. If my customers aren’t happy enough with the service I provide to refer you to me, I don’t deserve your business. The end.

Simply put, you don’t earn referrals selling snake oil. Nobody ever says “you should use this guy. I loved his flier.” I earned this referral by doing great work for someone who cares about you, and I intend to earn your referral down the road.
