We decided last minute to sell our house.
Clint made it out to our house quickly to give us tips on what we should do to update the house nicely before listing it. He helped us sell our first home and buy our second home. Clint treated us like family and not just clients. He's informative and he obviously knows what he is doing. We would work with him again in a heart beat if we eve go through this process again.

I've known Clint for 15+ years.
He is a great person that you would enjoy having a conversation with over coffee or a beer. Clint will listen to you and help walk you through your process whether buying or selling. Clint has even helped some of my family with buying and selling homes. He worked through a scenario where someone knew they had to sell but had some sentimental attachment to the home and they were very happy with Clint at the end of the process. Clint then helped a family member buy a property in another portion of the state. Clint gave them some advice and guidance and then recommended an agent in that area that would be able to help them. If you are a down to earth normal person, that would like to work with a nice (and extremely effective) person, I'd highly recommend you give Clint a call. There won't be any pressure.

As a result of our own very selective criteria and the pandemic, we worked with him for over two years, and we truly enjoyed every chance we got to view homes with him. I really believe the trait that sets him apart is how he listens to his clients. He never pushed us to view a home outside our interest, or overlook something that bothered us. Even more than that, he would consciously listen to our reactions in houses we’d view and hear us giving feedback on things we didn’t even realize were important to us until he identified the themes in our thoughts. Added to this listening superpower is his unwavering professionalism and a spot-on sense of humor. He’s probably got a covert marriage therapist credential in there somewhere too, given how well he helped us navigate the discrepancies in our preferences. And at the end of all his efforts we landed in the forever home of our dreams, and sold our previous home at a price above any comps in the recent months before or since. You’ll be hard-pressed to find anyone better!

Clint was awesome, from beginning to the end of this process.
We were both selling our home and buying a new one, which made everything more complicated. 10 days before closing, we lost our buyer, causing our new house purchase to be in limbo as well. Clint was encouraging and calm in the middle of a big mess, which saved us a lot of money in the end. There is no way to completely take the stress out of buying/selling your home, but having someone who knows their stuff will help a lot.
